Tech bias that reinforces preexisting systemic inequality runs rampant throughout the tech world. There is a lack of adequate representation from Africans/Afro-descendants, Latinx peoples, and Indigenous people within the tech development sphere. Justice Tribe is actively working towards creating a more inclusive tech world and mitigating tech bias by hosting coding workshops and implementing coding programs in Miami and Chicago.
